Born in Canada, raised on four continents, I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at American universities (University of Maryland, Boston University, Amberton University). I obtained a doctorate in business administration from the Polish Academy of Sciences (INE PAN).
In 1994, I worked as Co-Head of Information Analysis for the Electoral Commission (of South Africa) in the Northern Cape Region. I conducted my first workshops in this capacity. The overwhelmingly positive response from my colleagues encouraged me to pursue a career in training and coaching and this is what I have been doing ever since.
I have worked for more than 1, 000 companies, government agencies, and universities across continents. I conduct training and coaching in English, German, and Spanish. I develop my own training programs. I have also written a column on business communication for Wirtschaft und Markt magazine from 1999 to 2013.
