Sales training that drives revenue growth
A major bicycle manufacturer engaged me to increase the sales of their e-bikes. I delivered a keynote speech on the manifold benefits of e-bikes at the company’s annual convention for their dealers.
Thereafter, I facilitated a session on conducting needs analysis and overcoming sales objections for the dealers. My training contributed to a 100% annual growth in the company’s e-bike segment for that year.

Aligning corporate cultures post acquisition.
A rail vehicle manufacturer engaged me to train their employees on cultural integration sensitivity following their acquisition by another company.
I developed and implemented a training program on cultural integration fortified by individual coaching in all their production sites. The initiative facilitated its seamless integration into the parent company.

Designing and delivering training to support international expansion.
A multinational IT company wanted their staff to become better in their international communication. I was contracted to create training programs for International Presentation Skills, International Sales Training, Facilitating International Meetings, and Intercultural Negotiation Skills.
I also provided coaching on demand in key business sales and negotiations that supported their international growth.

Boosting sales, customer service quality, and employee morale.
A petrol station operator sought my help to increase sales and reduce customer complaints. I conducted mystery shopping and interviewed employees to discover their most pressing concerns. I then used the findings to develop a two-day training program which I delivered to all service station employees.
